Travel Leaders Network upbeat about upcoming conferences
Travel Leaders Network is gearing up for a pair of two-day fall conferences that it says will enable members to bond with both fellow members and others with a stake in the travel industry, and reports the events are quickly drawing interest months before they take place.
ELEVATE Canada gatherings will be held in both Toronto and Vancouver and are designed exclusively for Canadian travel advisors and preferred partners.
“Based on the feedback we’ve received from both our members and supplier partners, we’re already seeing an overwhelming demand and interest in participating in these two-day events,” Christine James, Travel Leaders Network’s vice president, Canada, told Travel Courier. “With this newly enhanced format and duration, our members will have a greater opportunity to gain valuable industry insights through insider perspectives on what’s driving business now and what’s ahead. In addition, ideas and practical tips will be shared by our sponsors which can be applied directly to their selling practices. We are also featuring TLN Programme additional Training Workshops to highlight the latest enhancements and learn how to get the most out of these powerful tools and solutions.”
In addition to the trade show, new this year, the event will feature Preferred Partner Roundtable Sessions, which will give, “members direct access to suppliers so they can sell with confidence.”
“This is the perfect forum for our members to connect with fellow travel advisors to tap into their expertise, share real-world insights and build a strong, supportive network as we move into the year ahead,” she shared.
The first conference will be held at Hilton Vancouver Metrotown on Oct. 20-21, and be followed by the other at Toronto’s Pearson Convention Centre Oct. 28-29, with Travel Leaders Network promising that ELEVATE Canada represents a “significant evolution of the network’s regional events, delivering more time, more learning opportunities and more meaningful connections for advisors across the country.”
The spokesperson said both conferences will feature Canadian-focused content, industry discussions, educational workshops, supplier partner engagement opportunities and networking events aimed at helping advisors strengthen their businesses and prepare for the busy winter travel season.
Agendas include general sessions led by industry leaders, Travel Leaders Network workshops, preferred partner education sessions, structured roundtable discussions, a trade show and hosted networking experiences.
“Canadian travel advisors continue to demonstrate tremendous professionalism, resilience and entrepreneurial spirit,” said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network. “With ELEVATE Canada we’re creating a conference experience designed specifically for their needs – one that delivers practical business insights, stronger supplier partner relationships and valuable opportunities to collaborate with peers from across the country. By expanding to a two-day format, we’re giving our members more time to learn, connect and position themselves for continued success in a rapidly evolving travel landscape.”
“Canadian travel advisors are among the most passionate and resilient professionals in our industry, and they deserve an event created specifically for them,” added James. “We are excited to welcome advisors and partners together in person to exchange ideas, discover new opportunities and celebrate successes in Vancouver and Toronto for what promises to be an outstanding inaugural event.” The launch of ELEVATE Canada reflects Travel Leaders Network’s ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and success of Canadian advisors through education, innovation and community-building.
