Sailrock South Caicos
Sailrock South Caicos, a luxury resort in Turks and Caicos, has just unveiled a refined design refresh across its accommodations and social spaces, led by Studio Darlene Brown. The updates are designed to enhance Sailrock’s architecture while celebrating the island’s natural beauty.

Highlights from the refresh include new lounge seating, coastal-inspired patterns referencing the destination’s salt ponds, and hand-woven baskets at the restaurant & bar. The iconic conch shell art wall in the Great House Lobby & Lounge by local artist Pamela Leach now takes centre stage with LED lighting and a dramatic wood frame. Beds in the Ridgetop Suites now face the panoramic views with ‘floating’ layouts that integrate dining and work areas, layered textures, woven wall panels, and LED accents.
Mandarin Oriental Vienna

Mandarin Oriental Vienna marks its Austria debut in the city’s prestigious First District following an exquisite restoration.

Originally built in the early 20th century as a courthouse by Austrian architect Alfred Keller, the hotel now features 86 rooms and 52 suites blending Viennese architecture with contemporary, elegant design across four floors.

Located on the Ringstrasse, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the space was transformed by luxury interior design studio Goddard Littlefair.

Hyatt Centric San Juan Isla Verde

The newly opened Hyatt Centric San Juan Isla Verde marks the first Hyatt Centric hotel in Puerto Rico. Following the completion of a US$30-million-dollar transformation from the former Verdanza Hotel, the newly renovated property features 223 rooms.

Features include a pool and two distinct dining options: Alba and Espresso Lab. Guests also have complimentary access to Vivo Beach Club. Located in one of Puerto Rico’s most celebrated neighbourhoods, the hotel is walking distance to the award-winning Isla Verde Beach.

The hotel is only a five-minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, and 20 + minutes from the historic colonial district of Old San Juan.

Corfu Conrad

Slated to open on the island’s southern coast in Q2 2026, Conrad Corfu will feature 136 rooms, suites and villas, a 200-metre beachfront and indoor and outdoor heated pools.

Highlights also include a signature Aqua Piazza lagoon, lush landscaped gardens, three restaurants, two bars, a full-service wellness centrw, a kids club and an open-air cinema.
