Eligibility & Entry Requirements to win the Grand Prize (Roundtrip Flight with Emirates and a 3-night hotel stay in Dubai for 2)

• To qualify for the draw for the Grand prize you must enter one of three ways:
  1. Answer the contest questions on the contest page correctly and submit the ballot with all required information to receive 1 entry into the contest.

OR

1. Register for and attend both webinars specified on the contest page to receive 1 entry into the contest.
   (Please note: registering for and attending both webinars will also qualify you for the separate $250 CAD Visa Gift Card raffle. See “Webinar Raffle Terms” below.)

OR

1. Submit a valid Emirates booking reference booked during the contest period for a total of 10 entries into the contest. The booking must originate from any Emirates gateway in Canada to the destination Dubai.

  1. September 29, 2025 00:01 am– October 31, 2025 11:59 pm
• Booked travel dates are not restricted, meaning outbound travel from the Canada can commence at any time.
• Only bookings made during the incentive period are eligible. Bookings made before or after this period will not qualify.
• Bookings must be made in any commercial fare class and must include at least one (1) adult passenger travelling on Emirates (EK) marketed and operated flights originating from Canada.
• Only staff from travel agencies are eligible to participate into the contest.
• Entrants must be:
  1. 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  2. Be Canadian residents and employees of a Canada based travel agency
  3. Employees of the above-mentioned Canada based agencies working or residing overseas are not eligible to participate
• All entries must be submitted through the form available on the contest page. Entries submitted via any other means will not be accepted.
• Emirates and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism are not responsible for late or misdirected entries and cannot be held liable for IT system failures, delays, or lost entries.
• Only legitimate, ticketed bookings are eligible for entry. Any fraudulent, speculative, or dummy bookings will be disqualified. Emirates reserves the right to audit and verify all entries to ensure compliance with these terms.
• Entrants will receive 10 entries per eligible PNR submitted, regardless of the number of passengers in the booking.
• Bookings that have been split for passengers travelling together are not eligible. Any such entries will be disqualified.
• There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can submit. However, each PNR can only be entered once per agency during the contest period.
• The official time of entry is when the submission is received by Emirates.
• Participation in the contest requires acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Emirates Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism reserve the right to cancel the incentive or amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Neither Emirates, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, nor any associated parties shall be liable for any loss or damage incurred in connection with participation in this incentive or the prizes awarded.
• This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, as well as personal injury.
• By entering this contest, you agree to allow future communications from the organizers of this incentive, namely Emirates and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

Grand Prize Draw & Data Consent

• One prize winner will be randomly selected after the competition period for the campaign ends:
  • will be notified via email, provided their entry is deemed eligible.
• All qualifying flight bookings will be audited by Emirates before any prize is distributed to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
• Ineligible entries will be disqualified.
• Emirates Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism reserve the right to verify the validity of entries, including the entrant’s identity and place of work, to confirm eligibility for the prize.
• Any entrant found tampering with the entry process will have their entries disqualified.
• Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and Emirates will notify the winner for the grand prize on November 10, 2025.
• Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of receiving the notification email. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn once the final acceptance period has expired.
• The result of each prize draw is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• Prize must be accepted as stated. No cash alternatives, substitutions, or compensations will be offered if a winner cannot use their prize.
• Winner must adhere to the terms and conditions of prize usage as a condition of acceptance.
• By entering the incentive, participants automatically consent to their details being shared in a winning announcement via email or Baxter media channels.
• Winner’s details will be shared with Emirates and the hotel partner, subject to the terms and conditions, for purposes related to the prize.
• The organizer collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion and contest.
• Submission of your personal information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information required by Emirates to conduct the prize draw, your entry cannot be processed or included in the draw.

• Emirates and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism may cancel or adjust the prizes if unforeseen events such as a natural disaster, war, legal breach, or similar circumstances arise during the incentive period.

• The winner of the Grand Prize (roundtrip flights and hotel stay) is not eligible to win the $250 CAD Visa Gift Card. In the event the same individual is drawn for both, a re-draw will be conducted for the Visa Gift Card.

Grand Prize Details:

Emirates Flight Ticket Prizes:

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) Economy Class return tickets from any Emirates Canadian gateways – Toronto (YYZ) or Montreal (YUL) – to Dubai.
• Tickets are valid for travel from 11 November, 2025 through 10 November 2026, (non-extendable)
• Tickets are not valid over the blackout dates below:

• Important Note: All black-out dates are subject to change without prior notice, we recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. All travel is subject to availability.

Travel and Ticket Restrictions:

• Travel is in the designated cabin only and cannot be upgraded with cash or Skywards miles. All taxes, fees, and charges for this prize are covered by Emirates.
• Airport lounge access, Emirates Chauffeur-drive service, and STPC are not included in the prize.
• Tickets are not eligible for Skywards mileage accrual.

• Travel must originate and finish in Canada.
• Travel is only permitted on Emirates marketed and operated flights.  Codeshare/interline flights and services excluded.
• Flight bookings are subject to availability, capacity controls, and Emirates Conditions of Carriage. Applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website and seats may not be available on all flights.
• Winners and their guests must travel together on the same dates and flights for both outward and return journeys. If a winner and their guest are unable to utilize the flight tickets, no cash alternative will be provided.
• Tickets will be valid for 90 days from date of issue.
• Prizes are non-extendable, non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-endorsable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• All other travel related costs associated with claiming the prize such as visas, travel insurance, transfers, meals and hotel accommodations not included in the prize will be borne by the prize winners who is also solely responsible for fees for oversized, overweight or extra baggage and fees for products/services sold separately.
• Travel Insurance:  It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to ensure they have proper travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.
• Visas: It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct visas in place prior to beginning their journey.
• Health Documents:  It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to ensure they are in possession of any health documents that may be required for the country they are visiting.  Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.
• Emirates accepts no liability to any person for any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the utilisation of flight tickets provided pursuant to the incentive.

• Original voucher must be presented at check-in (copies not accepted)
• All additional expenses (meals beyond breakfast, alcoholic beverages, telephone, internet, faxes, personal or retail purchases) must be paid by the guest directly to the resort before departure
• The winner agrees to allow the first/last name and photo to be published in marketing materials used by Baxter, Emirates and Dubai, Department of Economy and Tourism.

Webinar Raffle Terms & Conditions – $250 CAD Visa Gift Card

 Eligibility & Entry Requirements

• Must be a registered Canadian travel agent (employee of a Canada-based travel agency).
• Must register for and attend both Baxter webinars featuring Dubai & Emirates on October 1 and October 9, 2025.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Canadian-based agencies working or residing overseas are not eligible.
• Only one entry per person.

Prize Draw

• All eligible attendees will be automatically entered into a raffle.
• One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a $250 CAD Visa Gift Card.
• Winner will be notified via email on November 10, 2025.
• The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification or it will be forfeited and redrawn.
• The Visa Gift Card is non-transferable, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or any other prize.
