ONE | GT
ONE | GT, a new luxury hotel and residential development, has opened in George Town, Grand Cayman. The property, which is the only member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World on the island, blends 97 condo-style hotel suites with 80 private residences.
Amenities include three distinct dining venues: Perle, Byū, and Café Bellini and the ONE | GT Signature Stay Services featuring grocery pre-stocking, a fitness center with Technogym equipment, valet parking, wellness activities, and a shuttle service.
In addition to a third-floor Oasis Pool, the property is home to the island’s first rooftop bar and restaurant with an infinity-edge swimming pool (both pictured above).

St. James’ Court, A Taj Hotel has unveiled an elevated new chapter, marking the final stage of a multi-year transformation across the hotel and its sister property, Taj 51 Buckingham Gate Suites and Residences.
The hotel’s entrance, ground and first floors now entail a new, fresh appearance complimenting the luxury space. In addition, the property features a newly established bar, the 1897 Bar, new whisky and cigar lounges and other multi-purposed rooms.
Taj The Chambers, an exclusive, invitation-only business and private members club, has also been significantly expanded, giving members greater scope to meet, work, dine and entertain.
