Aman Sveti Stefan

Aman Sveti Stefan in Montenegro is opening this summer after being closed for the past five years. The mainland retreat Villa Miločer will welcome guests from May 22 together with the adjacent Aman Spa, Queen’s Beach and King’s Beach. This will be followed by the reopening of the storied island of Sveti Stefan on July 1. 

Aman Sveti Stefan features a total of 58 accommodations, including 50 rooms, cottages, and suites located on the historic island itself, along with eight luxurious suites situated on the mainland at Villa Miločer.

The property is short drive from the ancient town of Budva and the Bay of Kotor. 

Anantara Miami Resort & Residences

Rising 650 feet above Biscayne Bay, Anantara Miami Resort & Residences is set to debut in Florida in 2030. The planned 50-story tower will feature 100 private branded residences and 120 resort residences, allowing owners to make their residences available to hotel guests, in addition to 50 hotel suites. 

The development brings together a globally recognized design team, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the firm behind some of the world’s most renowned and transformative skyscrapers, including One Vanderbilt in New York, in collaboration with ODP Architecture & Design, and interiors by Patricia Urquiola.

Kadún Los Cabos

Mexico Grand Hotels has opened Kadún, a new 110-room boutique hotel in downtown Cabo San Lucas. The property is steps from the Cabo San Lucas Marina and El Médano Beach. 

To encourage local connection, Kadún offers a series of curated cultural and nature-focused programs that reflect the landscapes, traditions, and artistic community of Baja California Sur. Signature offerings include a marine discovery excursions departing from the Cabo San Lucas Marina, an artistic immersion experiences in Todos Santos featuring studio visits and local culinary encounters and countryside journeys centred on ranch culture, hands-on food preparation, tequila tastings, and dinners under the stars.

Club Med Koh Samui, Thailand

Club Med has announced plans to open a new resort in Koh Samui, Thailand. The resort will be Club Med’s first Exclusive Collection resort in Thailand and its second property in the country, following Club Med Phuket, which opened in 1985.

Inspired by Thai heritage and natural surroundings, the resort is scheduled to open in the second half of 2028, with booking details to be released closer to opening

Located  25-minute drive from Koh Samui Airport, the resort will offer a vibrant beachfront retreat celebrating the Thai island lifestyle.
