Nikki Beach Marrakech
Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has announced development plans for the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech. Set to open in 2028, the property marks a significant evolution for the brand, introducing a fully integrated luxury experience just 20 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport.
At the centre of the project is a resort featuring more than 100 suites, ranging from generously sized guest rooms to expansive signature accommodations. The design direction blends modern Moroccan influences with Nikki Beach’s signature aesthetic.
Beyond the hotel, the development will introduce a collection of more than 50 branded villas, each conceived as a private retreat. Outdoor pools, landscaped gardens and dedicated parking are among the features, while residents will have full access to the resort’s amenities, including a beach club, a wellness centre, and a large underground sports complex.

Six Senses Kyoto
For clients seeking a special stay, Six Senses Kyoto has introduced the Three Bedroom Penthouse Suite, a 2,500 sq. ft. top-floor retreat for groups starting at $13,000+ nightly.
Designed for families, multi-generational travel or intimate group stays, the property offers a private terrace, dining area and full access to integrated wellness (Watsu, spa, yoga) and cultural workshops.
Secluded on the top floor of the hotel and featuring artwork that blends Japanese folklore with soothing modern Kyoto design, the Penthouse Suite features two king bedrooms and a twin bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom. The Penthouse Suite features an expansive living salon that opens onto a private terrace overlooking Kyoto, offering sweeping views across the city.
The suite includes a refined lounge area, an elegant dining space, and a kitchenette with a fully stocked pantry, where guests can enjoy private dining with bespoke menus of fresh, seasonal cuisine prepared to order by the Six Senses Kyoto culinary team.
The Penthouse is designed to host a select range of private, in-room experiential workshops and programming. These include expert-led cocktail and whisky workshops highlighting Japanese spirits and seasonal ingredients, as well as an incense pouch–making experience inspired by Japanese aromatics and centuries old traditions.
