Sun Siyam Iru Fushi
Sun Siyam Iru Fushi in the Maldives unveiled the first phase of its resort wide redesign with luxurious, reimagined overwater villas. These accommodations feature contemporary design, private pools, and spacious decks, rooted in refined island luxury.
 

The five-star resort now features newly reimagined over water villas exhibiting a contemporary expression of rustic Maldivian luxury. Each villa frames the ocean with an open-plan layout and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the lagoon. 

All Horizon Water Villas now feature a 22 sqm private pool and sunken seating, transforming the space into a sanctuary for sunrise rituals, slow afternoons, and cinematic sunsets. 

The overwater portfolio features 40 Water Villas with Pool (123 sqm), 16 Horizon Water Villas with Pool (128 sqm), and 19 Sunset Horizon Water Villas with Pool (128 sqm), each offering a seamless blend of comfort and privacy. 

Visama Explorer Nan

Visama Explorer Nan, a new four-star tented camp in northern Thailand by VHG Hospitality Asia, is now open. This ecolodge focuses on regenerative travel’s 4Cs: conservation, community, culture, and responsible commerce, offering guests immersive local experiences in eight spacious tents.

Guests are being invited to participate in experiences beyond the tents such as tree planting, workshops, hiking, cycling and visits to nearby temples and waterfalls.

All safari tents are 388 sq ft plus an additional 129 sq ft covered veranda across Mountain View and Creek View categories.

All tented suites are air-conditioned with plush bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and private decks. 

Anantara Chiang Mai Resort

Anantara Chiang Mai Resort has unveiled the Lanna Garden Terrace Suite, a new signature accommodation that reflects the spirit of northern Thailand through space, privacy, and design.

The launch coincides with the reimagining of the resort’s entire suite portfolio as Lanna Suites, a name that more deeply anchors the experience in the region’s cultural and architectural heritage.

Spanning 150 square metres, the Lanna Garden Terrace Suite offers an exceptional sense of seclusion in the heart of the city. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a private tropical garden, blurring the boundary between interior and landscape. 

Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway and Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica

Bahia Principe Hotels has announced reopening and renovation plans for two of its Jamaica properties, with upgrades spanning dining, public spaces, and guest facilities.

Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway will reopen on April 1st, 2026. During the hotel’s closure, several renovations have taken place:

  • Extension of the lobby terrace, as well as improvements and redecoration of the lobby bar.
  • Completely refurbished restaurants, including the Main Buffet Jazmín, Picasso Restaurant – Mediterranean cuisine and Thali Restaurant – Indian cuisine

Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and will reopen its doors onDecember 1st, 2026, offering updated facilities and enhanced experience for guests.
