Alila Mayakoba
Alila Mayakoba, a new luxury retreat now open on Mexico’s Riviera Maya, blends open architecture with nature and living Mayan traditions.

The 60-acre resort features 182 rooms, suites, and villas with tranquil pools woven through mangroves. There are six dining spots including Casa Amate, and Spa Alila, which focuses on mindful wellbeing and culturally rooted experiences.

The resort marks a major milestone moment for the Alila brand debuting in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Crystal Cove

Crystal Cove, the first all-inclusive resort for Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio brand, is now open on Barbados’ West Coast.

With only 88-rooms, the newly reimagined resort is conveniently located 15.9 miles from Grantley Adams International Airport, along a picturesque stretch of coastline, known for its calm turquoise waters and powder-soft sand.

The resort features three lagoon‑style pools, multiple bars and eateries, water sports, and a kids club.

Eréma

Empiria Group will open Eréma, a member of Design Hotels, on June 15, marking the hospitality group’s first property on the island of Milos and its continued expansion in the Cyclades.

Set on the southeastern coast of Milos near Provatas Beach, Eréma will feature 41 all-suite accommodations, each with a private pool and uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The suites are arranged across four categories, all designed to support generous indoor-outdoor living.

Designed by Athens-based ID Laboratorium led by Stamos Hondrodimos, the hotel draws from the island’s mineral-rich landscape, using stone, marble, and softened earth tones to create spaces that feel grounded, calm, and contemporary.

Susana Balbo Mountain Lodge Villas & Spa

SB Winemaker’s House & Spa Suites announces the development of Susana Balbo Mountain Lodge Villas & Spa, a new mountain retreat set within a 91-acre vineyard estate in San Pablo, one of the most prestigious high-altitude wine regions of Argentina’s Valle de Uco. The project emphasizes wine-led hospitality, sustainable design, a spa, and fire-driven dining, offering immersive experiences inspired by the vineyard and Andes.

The lodge builds on the success of SB Winemaker’s House & Spa Suites, which opened in 2022 and quickly became one of Argentina’s most acclaimed boutique hotels, earning Relais & Châteaux membership, Virtuoso inclusion, and Two MICHELIN Keys
